I want to clear out some old designs. These were created for different customers, or created as premade, but never had the honor to be sold.

Price: Make an offer! As long as your offer is reasonable, which is $125+ for most of the designs, I can accept it!

Deliverables: Since this is a clearance sale and I normally sell designs for $500+, I don't offer the full set of my standard deliverables. Here is the list of the things you will get:
- The layered and organized PSD file.
- Fonts used in the design.
- Stock photos used in the design (if any).
- Full ownership and reseller rights.
- Minor changes to the PSD file.

If you want the design coded to valid XHTML and CSS, I can recommend rapidxhtml.com for this, they can deliver the coding for $50 within 4 days. Otherwise, you can find someone on WHT for this. Unfortunately I don't have time to code these at the time being.
